dyseCT

Today, with the ability of a CT scanner to potentially generate upwards of a thousand images during a single study, the ability to segment these studies into anatomical regions, so as to avoid information overload of the reader, is important.  DeJarnette Research Systems has developed a unique automated solution which identifies anatomical regions within a study and groups anatomically associated image slices together.  This is accomplished in under a minute, by performing an analysis of every image in the study, keying on the anatomical structures in the image in order to identify its associated anatomical region.  dyseCT replaces the manual process which is both time consuming and unreliable.
