SureNet™

DeJarnette Research Systems introduced SureNet capability in the company's first medical imaging network gateway product, Imageshare 910, in 1992. SureNet guarantees that any images acquired by a SureNet capable device will be forwarded on to primary (and/or secondary) network destinations, before the images are deleted by the SureNet capable device. SureNet encompasses three capabilities, image object store-and-forward capability, automatic multi-route fail-over capability and automatic transmission restart on power failure capability. These capabilities make image loss by a SureNet capable device, very unlikely.
