Project Statement of Work, which details the implementation plan and
project milestones.

development of data cleansing algorithms to satisfy custom requirements.

migration hardware and PACSware® Migration Gateway software.

On-site validation testing of migration
solution.

On-site training of customer's staff to
perform in-house migration monitoring (optional).

Generation of a
Migration Worklist for studies to be
migrated and commencement of data migration.

Off-site monitoring of data migration
and data cleansing
including generation of Migration Services Progress Reports and discussions with
customer's staff at implementation plan milestones.

Upon completion of migration, reconciliation
of studies that failed to migrate, and delivery of Final Migration
