President / CEO In January of 1985, Dr. DeJarnette founded DeJarnette Research Systems as a single employee contract engineering and consulting firm from 1985 to 1990. In the early 1990s, Dr. DeJarnette led the company’s growth from a contract engineering and consulting firm to one of the most respected PACS and Teleradiology component suppliers. Dr. DeJarnette holds a Ph.D. degree in experimental physics (Johns Hopkins University, 1978). He has served on the ACR-NEMA committee to develop the medical imaging DICOM standard from 1987 until 1992. Dr. DeJarnette is the author of numerous academic papers in the disciplines of High Energy Physics, Heavy Ion Physics, Picture Archiving and Communications and Teleradiology, as well as numerous articles for PACS and Teleradiology trade journals. He is the holder of two patents in the field of PACS workstation user interfaces. Dr. DeJarnette also is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), American Physical Society (APS), Society for Imaging and Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) and Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE).

Executive Vice President Dr. Stockham joined DeJarnette Research Systems in 2002 as product manager for Intelligent Router, dyseCT and the PACSware Migration Gateway. Since that time, he has had management responsibility in a number of areas, including customer service, manufacturing, and regulatory. Since October, 2004 he been responsible for Engineering management. Today Dr. Stockham is directly involved in the development process, responsible for engineering management, technical sales support, and upstream customer relations. He is the company’s NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) and DICOM (Digital Communications in Medicine) industry representative.Dr. Stockham holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics (Cornell University, 1978). He is the holder of three patents in the fields of phantomless bone densitometry and PACS workstation user interfaces. Dr. Stockham is also the author of numerous scientific papers in the fields of theoretical High Energy Physics and medical/dental imaging applications. He is a current member of the Society for Imaging and Informatics in Medicine (SIIM).

Vice President of Business Development Mr. Rispoli has over twenty years of experience in business development, sales and project management, in the printing and medical imaging industries. He has held business development leadership positions in two startup companies (nSuite Technologies and Building Blocks Unlimited), which were sold to larger companies in their market space. Mr. Rispoli has also acted as a private consultant, performing due diligence research for investment banking firms. Mr. Rispoli served as a Sales Manger with Dome Imaging Systems (now a subsidiary of Planar), during the company’s high growth years of 1994 – 1999. Dome was the leading supplier of medical imaging display control interface boards to medical imaging equipment manufacturers. While at Dome he recognized the potential of the company’s products in the remote sensing arena, and was responsible for creating a new sales division to service the remote sensing market within the federal intelligence community. Prior to Mr. Rispoli’s entry into the medical imaging business, he worked for a number of organizations in the color image processing business. From 1986 to 1991 Mr. Rispoli was employed by Eastman Kodak in their Color Image Processing Group as an OEM sales and technical support manager. While at Kodak he was responsible for developing OEM business and managing the support of over $4 million in annual OEM business. Prior to Kodak Mr. Rispoli held similar positions working for Digital PrePress Imaging and Crossfield Electronics.

Vice President, Customer Services & Quality Affairs Mr. Finegan is responsible for the delivery of all services and products to our customers. In this role, he has responsibility for the company's manufacturing and field service organizations. Mr. Finegan joined the Company in 1994 as a software engineer after holding various software-engineering positions in the defense and securities industries, and worked in that capacity until 1997. Since that time he has held management roles of increasing responsibility inside the company. Apart from his daily duties, he is the company Regulatory Affairs and Privacy representative to NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association). Mr. Finegan is well known in the industry as the author and publisher of the industry web page, “PACSpage: PACS/DICOM/Teleradiology Resource Page”, honored by Diagnostic Imaging Magazine as the most informative and useful web page in the industry (1997 – 1998). He is a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). He is also the author of a number of trade journal articles on the impact of the Year 2000 and PACS/Telemedicine on the healthcare industry. Mr. Finegan holds a B.S. degree in Operations Research and an M.S. in Computer Science from Polytechnic University/Brooklyn Polytechnic.

Vice President of Business Operations Ms. Hicks joined the Company in 1994 as the office manager and has held positions of increasing responsibility inside the Company until 1999, when she was promoted to Vice President of Business Operations. Ms. Hicks manages all financial and business operations of the Company, including banking, leasing, purchasing, accounts receivable, corporate accounting, and human resources. She is a Trustee of the DeJarnette Research Systems 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan as well as the Administrator of the Deferred Compensation and Retirement Plans. She is also a member of the Corporate Board of Directors. From 1990 until 1994, Ms. Hicks worked in the non-profit sector, as the Assistant Director of the Grant-A-Wish Foundation and Operations Manager for the Children’s House at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She received a B.S. degree in Administrative Science from Villa Julie College.
